Refund on Course Discontinuation

• If you wish to cancel your enrolment in any course within 7 days of payment, you will be eligible for a 50% refund of the fees paid. We will refund the course fee after deducting the GST (18% of course fee) paid to the government.
• To be eligible for a refund, you must notify Imprints Academy of your intent to cancel your enrolment and request a refund within the 7-day period.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the 7-day period has ended.

Cash Back Policy (General Rules)

This refund policy is applicable to only those students who take admission from 03/08/2024 to till date.

• To be eligible for the refund, students must make full payment at the time of admission.
• In case of exam failure, the full course fee (excluding 18% GST) will be refunded within 7 days.
• If a student chooses to continue the course after failure, refund won’t be issued immediately. In that case, students can continue the course for 3 months from the course expiry date. Refund will be processed only if the student fails again.
• Maximum course continuation (in case of failure) is 6 months with the same joining fee. If students want to continue after 6 months (in case of failure), they must make an additional payment as per the Re-admission Policy.

Cash Back Policy Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for the cashback, students must:

1. Inform the exam date prior to the class coordinator.
2. Complete the entire content of their respective batch.
3. Attend our Revision Classes and Question Discussions before the exam.
4. Attend our Subject-wise exams and Question Discussion based exams before their final exam.
5. Submit the Nursing Licensing Exam results (PROMETRIC, NHRA, DHA, MOH, UAE MOH) provided by the respective authority within 7 days after the exam.
6. Attend the nursing licensing exam and submit the required documents within 6 months of the course expiry date. Failure to meet these will result in ineligibility for cashback. (Effective from 27/03/2025 to till date).
